Obituary

This is a celebration of Robert Henry Entrup, who was born April 6, 1955 in Mansfield, Ohio. Bob went hiking into Heaven on July 14, 2019 to join his parents, Pat and Bob and brother Eric. They are all in celebration watching over their family. Maureen, Mike (Nancy), Bill (Amy), Jim (Stacy) loved and cared for by his nieces and nephews; Christa, Robert, Rachel, Parker and Eric and special friends. His other family is at Longmont United Hospital where Bob was a Respiratory Therapist, where he helped those who were sick and comforted everyone with his good nature.

Bob was a soft spoken, loyal, kind man of great courage. His loving spirit will be missed by family and friends.
Bob celebrated life with extensive travel, a love of hiking, the outdoors, basketball and classic cars. Bob loved his coffee and naps which fueled his easy-going spirit, that will live on in all our hearts.

His love for his family, friends, co-workers and life was genuine and made the world a better place. We miss you and love you, Robert H. Entrup.

We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers during this trying time. I will remember the time in came to Cleveland to watch the Browns play Denver. We had a great time at the tailgate. He loved to fish when he came to Cleveland. He loved his brothers and sisters greatly. God Bless you and the family.

Please accept my most sincere sympathy for the death of your loved one. We can find comfort in the word of God because it assures us that "there is going to be a resurrection" (Acts 24:15).  God promises to give life back to millions of people who have died, and he desires to do so very soon.

We know this from what a servant of God from the past, Job, asked God: “If a man dies, can he live again?  I will wait all the days of my compulsory service (death) until my relief comes.   You (Jehovah) will call, and I (Job) will answer you. You will long for the work of your hands." (Job 14:14, 15) God is longing to give life back to those who have died.

Perhaps these words do not calm your pain but we are certain that God will resurrect all those who demonstrate faith in the sacrifice of His son, Jesus Christ. Reflecting on the divine promises found in the Bible will give you the hope and strength to keep going until all of God’s promises are fulfilled.  May these words bring you and your family much comfort from Jehovah God, the God of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1: 3, 4).
