Patrick was a batboy or for the Albuquerque Dodgers. He earned this by w inning a writing contest 'What baseball means to me'. He never missed a game. He went on a road trip with them to Amarillo. He met Earnest Borgnine and several other baseball related celebrities.
This is my good memory of my brother Patrick because I got to go to every one of those games with him.
I love you forever, Susie

My brother! Of all the stories that have come up about you in the last few days, my favorite has to be you traveling to Cooperstown, NY for the Baseball Hall of Fame induction and meeting Willie Horton. As you tell it, after a long wait in line it was finally your turn! As you approached him and shook his hand you were barely able to croak out, "Such a huge fan this is such an honor...." and then you broke down into such tears you were unable to speak to him. You were so overwhelmed by how strongly you felt for him and the rush of your childhood memories your words left. That is how we feel today. We love you beyond words and we know you made it to The Good Place, whatever that meant to you. So much love, Kathleen, Michael and Mary Desmond

Patrick we miss you so much. So many good memories with you. Taos trip, Navajo lake, scorpions hockey, don’t forget El Rey and dancing at graham central. You always found a way to have a good time. Pat, we talked the Walgreens guy into selling us red man chewing tobacco when I was 9 and you were 12. You were a great big brother, brother in law, uncle, and friend to so many people. We all love you and will always remember the kind person you are. Charles , Keri, Kyle, and Nicole
